Tickets will be NOT be sold at door on the day of the Diwali Program.

You can send Diwali Ticket fee by Interac e-Transfer on email : panchalsamajofontariocanada@gmail.com. Please add the full names of all the persons that you are sending fee for in the comment section.

Diwali Programs

Rangoli* : 5.00- 5.30 pm
Appetizer : 5.30pm- 6.30 pm
Diwali Program, including  Welcome, Speeches, Academic Awards, Entertainment prog , Dinner and Dance, Raffle draw etc. – 7.00pm onwards.
 
*Any person wishing to participate in the Rangoli event please contact Rekha Panchal by Oct 10, 2022. Participants to kindly bring their own materials to decorate their Rangoli. Round trays will be provided to decorate in.

Suggested Dress Code

Gentlemen and Boys : Are kindly requested to wear Indian Kurta or Sherwani Etc.
Ladies and Girls : Are kindly requested to wear traditional Indian saree, Indian dress, Chaniya Choli etc. 
KP Studio will set up booth to take family Portraits,  $15 Fee for one 8X10 Inch.

Diwali Booklet Newly Weds List – Nov 2019 to present:

Please provide the following details to add your names to the Newly Weds listing to your area committee representative by Oct 11, 2022:
Names of the new couples, their parents’ names and the date of wedding.

Reminder:  Membership must be paid by Oct 3, 2022.
