Program Schedule

Yoga session – 11 AM to 12 PM 
Lunch – 12 PM to 2.00 PM
(Lunch will not be served after 2 pm)
Games – 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Raffle and Tea – 4:30 PM
Dinner – 6:00 PM- 7.30 PM

Kids under 8 – Free
Members  over  8 years – $ 15
Seniors Members  – $ 15
Non-Members – $ 25

Where: Centennial Park, Area#  5 (With Shelter),
56 Centennial Park Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9C 5N3.
(Please take Elmcrest Rd from Rathburn Road, parking on the left side at the end of Elmcrest Road)

Panchal Samaj of Ontario will provide lunch and dinner.

Games Activities for all age group:

• Volleyball tournament for adults and youth this year. We are requesting anyone interested to take part in the tournament to come on time. There will be three teams. Tournament will start at 2:00pm. Please register your name or team with the  Assistant Program Coordinator Manisha R. Engineer – manishaengineer@yahoo.com
• There will be many exciting games for kids and seniors as well. We are requesting all members to come on time
• YOGA: Please bring your own yoga mat and please be on time for YOGA activity

PLEASE NOTE:

• No Alcoholic beverages allowed by Park authorities.
• Members who choose to participate in games do so at their own risk. Panchal Samaj will not held responsible for any injuries.

• Annual membership for 2023 must be paid before booking or attending any PSO event. Click Here for membership details & form. You can send membership fees by Interac e-Transfer on email: pso.etransfer@gmail.com. We have now set up auto transfer so the security question is NOT required. It is, however, VERY IMPORTANT for you to add a Message – Please add “PSO membership fee 2023 and your full name and spouse name”.
• We  kindly request members to fill the membership form and send to panchalsamajofontariocanada@gmail.com if you have any changes to address/ email address/ family info.It is your RESPONSIBILITY to inform us of any updates to your personal circumstances in a timely manner to the secretary, Amish L. • The Panchal Samaj Members are requested to follow the COVID-19 provincial guidelines and protocol while attending all PSO events. For personal protection and  Safety, members may  bring and wear their face mask during any indoor event.
