We are so excited to announce that Panchal Samaj is having a Cottage Trip for 2 nights this year in August at Adventure Bay Cottages on Rice Lake.  

Check in will be on Friday, August 18th 2023 after 2pm and checkout will be on Sunday, August 20th 2023 by 11am.  

VERY IMPORTANT:  We have 19 cottages and one LakeFront House on hold under Rekha Panchal. For remaining 6 cottages, booking has now been extended until Friday  Feb 24, must be booked and paid by 5 pm.  So it is very important to book your cottages ASAP, booking will be based on first come , first serve basis. Please mentioned Rekha Panchal name when booking your preferred cottage.   Before sending e-transfer and booking,  please call Tuee Nguyen at Adventure Bay (905 342 3400) to confirm that  your preferred cottage is still available  and not already booked by other PSO member. All the details are below:

Payment:

A deposit (50% of the total amount) is required, via e-Transfer to adventurebaycanada@gmail.com to secure your booking or call in for credit card payment which will be subject to a 3% surcharge.  The same amount is due prior to check in or at check in if e-transfer or the 50% less 13% if choose to pay in cash.  

These cost doesn’t include food and drinks. 

Cottage Options:

ONLY 6 cottages still available. Below is a list of cottage options with maximum capacity and prices

1 bedroom regular with 1 double and 1 pull out sofa bed (2 guests) x 2 cottages (cottage #1)      Price:  $254 – 5% discount + taxes = $272.67

1 bedroom suite (2 guests) with 1 queen and 1 pull out sofa bed x 1 cottage (cottage #20)      Price:  $294 – 5% discount + taxes =$315.61

2 bedroom regular with 2 double beds and 1 pull out sofa bed(4 guests) x 7 cottages (cottages #9, 13)      Price :  $334 – 5% discount + taxes = $358.55

2 bedroom regular with 1 double and 2 single beds and 1 pull out sofa bed(4 guests) x 4 cottages (cottages #12, 17)      Price :  $334 – 5% discount + taxes = $358.55

What’s Included:

Water sports equipment such as kayaks and paddle boats are free for our cottage guests. 

Boating requires reservations and you will be required to purchase the gas from their office to ensure the gas is of premium quality for the boats.

BBQ grill (propane will be provided). 

Fire pit (you will be required to purchase firewood from their office. NO OUTSIDE firewood is allowed to support the local firewood business and prevent the spreading of outside species into the Rice Lake area).

All of this information can also be found on their website. Please take note that due to COVID-19 precautions and to keep rental costs low for guests (their price remains unchanged for 3rd year straight), they ask that you bring your own bedsheets, pillowcases, blanket/duvet and towels. Should you forget, they do have bedding sets to loan out at $20/set.

A $100 CASH cottage security deposit is required at check in for EACH cottage.

• Annual membership for 2023 must be paid before booking or attending any PSO event. Click Here for membership details & form. You can send membership fees by Interac e-Transfer on email: pso.etransfer@gmail.com. We have now set up auto transfer so the security question is NOT required. It is, however, VERY IMPORTANT for you to add a Message – Please add “PSO membership fee 2023 and your full name and spouse name”
